Flying with Army Style.=)
There a mass brief before every flight and there is de-brief after every flight. for 0100hrs sortie it will take about 3 hours including the briefing and the preparations. Flying in Ipoh is a great experience with the mountain areas and the cup shape runway. I flew with an instructor, and during the flight there is no rooms for mistake. I have to give my 100%. As a pilot i have to be 100% mentally and physically fit to carry out and complete the task or missions given. There is checklist, theres the procedures, everything has to be memorized. it is the life that i have to live with to be an airline pilot.=). there will be no regret nor sad during the training as my ambitions at the top of everything. a good pilot always learn. so, i wanna learn and theres no end for it. keep learning keep improving insyAllah ul be in control of it. theres calculations done by the designers and engineers on the aircraft operations. as a pilot we have to follow exactly every things written in the POH and the checklist. and not forgetting the SOP. i like to fly and learn at the same time. this will strengthen my knowledge in aeronautical and a better chance to be a good pilot. Pilot is a man in uniform who is punctual and discipline. I have control. =) keep it up man.
Theres the warm between ATC and Pilot.
If there is no other things to do in WMKI. me and my friends would find something that can be episodic. we decided to pay a visit to the WMKI tower. Many thing has been exposed to us during the visit. Aviation is a collaboration between expertise in many different small areas such as controller, flying and designing, and MRO.
Especially piloting, your responsibility is very high. all the efforts thats has been put now it depends on you to make it a success or a spoil. =)

Tuan Shahrul.=)
Life in Ipoh. Was the 1st time in full control of the aircraft. alone. my first solo.=)
It was the time i flew with an instructor for the solo check. alhamdulillah i passed the check. i was granted to do my first circuit solo. at the apron, preparing myself and the aircraft, il be flying the DA-40 9M-NRC. After all the radio call has been made i started taxing into the runway. then i kept praying so that il be safe. =)
it was 12 at noon. it was very gusty. before airborne my aircraft drifted. huhuhu. its ok as long as its airborne. at 70kts, positive roc, i retract the flaps. heres the fear arised. i felt the aircraft is sinking not as usual, i can see the road below me very close to me. if there was a lorry passing by for sure il hit it. hehehehe. i checked everything, loads, speeds, all is ok. then i just pray. trim up and alhamdulillah the aircraft climb. what came up to my mind was the aircraft ECU wasnt working very well. during the downwind its ok base turn and finally. during the final, there was crosswind. i determined and with all the preparations im confident i can land the aircraft. i used crab technique, during touch down theres slight drifting due to wind ( should correct it with one wheel touch first) but alhamdulillah there is no bouncing. huhuhu. what ever it is i can FLYYY!!!

True Principle of Learning.
first of all it was a tough 2 weeks in APFT. Whatever it is i am very happy coz my dream is getting close and closer to be an airline pilot. =))) i was happy and enjoy it to the fullest. there are other things that i wanna achieve here in apft for examples i wannabe a good communicator i mean to enhance my PR skills. to be a pilot is not as easy as i think. it is more than to be a doctor. basically it is a four years course to be a pilot. but as far as its concern, we have to do it in 2 years time, that means we have to give evrything so that wel remember evrything and do it correctly. pilot decision making will take 2 seconds max. so, it is very crucial to be g00d decision maker so that wel do it correctly. i have learned so many new things, new abbreviations and many more that will be used in aviation. eventhough i am a graduate in aeronautical engineering i am still unable to master in evrything that the pilot have mastered in. it is possible for evryone to be a pilot, but u have to have two things, thats passion, effort, patience, and lastly courage to succeed in the field. now im doing my ppl ground school and the test will be on 17th april. hoping for the best and im preparing for the worst. Asm. Cikaro!! i wanna master in the aviation field!!!=))))

1ST week at APFT Kota Bharu.
i was shocked. a bit lazy. at last my dream almost realized. theres only 7 of us in the batch. we are the 42nd batch. i met different type of guys and gals. there are all very determine in achieving their dreams. i am 23. the eldest in the batch is 28. hahaha and the youngest is 18. im not too old and not too young. im not allowed to be outside during the first 1 month. but i dont abite to it, i went out last nyte.and now im at my uncles house. what to do...the class start at 7.15 am and finish at 5pm. its pack. i dont even have time to enjoy the day.all is about class and knowledge. now im doing my PPL. its an in house syllabus. i have to finish the first part, then im free. i mean i can be wherever i want at whatever time and conditions. i just dont care. for the time being i will just study and score the test that will be held on 17th april. then im going back for a week. study smart is the best way to describe it. i wannabe a pilot so i have to go through all this things, i have to be patience and hopefully i can get use to it. after this im thinking of joining airlines. i wanna be an airline pilot. by 25 i will serve in the airline. i dont care if im competing with the sons of any political leader in the states. i just wanna it to be a clean and fair selection process. and now i miss my family. And last week mas advertised the pilot vacancy in their airline, and hence they willonly take the direct intake, the one eith frozen ATPL. there will be no more cadetship in their airlines bcoz they are now short of income and by doing that,it will save their company expenses. So, right now i just gonna pray for the best and hopefully il be a PIC. To all my friends my prayer walks with you and hopefully all of us gonna success in this world and the life after. just take care of your self and make sure u do what is right for you and your religion. Assalamualaikum. Riza Zahari.

Asia Pacific Flight Training for my Frozen ATPL. =)))
I was in subang on last thursday. i was there to do my medical check up. it is important for me to have a class 1 medical certificate then il be able to get my pilot license. i was early, at 8.30am i registered, i waited for about half an hour then the Dr. called me. inside the room, i was asked to take off my clothes. gosh...a bit shy but i had to...my eyesight, my hearing, my xray, my lung and my heart all was being checked and its all normal.
its unexplainable how i feel about this. im just indeed very happy excited!!!all u can say!!! insyALLAH.
if u want to achieve something, u must not afraid of taking steps. People can say so and so. but bear in mind, u know yourself better than they do. =)))
